Booking a journey

A journey is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from ORYVIA and the agreed deposit has been received.

Payments

Deposits and final balances are due on the dates stated in your journey proposal. Prices are per traveler unless noted otherwise.

Changes and cancellations

If your plans change, our team will help with available changes and rescheduling. Cancellation terms depend on the journey and are shared before booking.

Travel documents

Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas and any health requirements for their destinations.
